故事大纲
Claire Lescot is a famous prima donna. All men want to be loved by her. Among them is the young scientist Einar Norsen. When she mocks at him, he leaves her house with the declared intention to kill himself... But the story is much less important than the scenery : this movie intended to be a manifesto of the modern decorative arts.

art deco很美，最后变成sci-fi有点出人意料，the acting and storyline are horrendous. 不理解女主inhuman在哪，男主manipulative然后就值得女生自我牺牲？ 什么烂故事，节奏非常slow，准备好动不动一段十分钟的悲伤/震惊表演
印象派默片的样儿，阴阳怪气的。萨莫维尔剧院的现场音乐非常有气势。

音乐和deco很难想已经是100年前的片子
印象主义+表现主义，此阶段的电影给人的感觉就是，在图像的美学设计上，场景的美学设计，镜头，已经基本达到极致了，就算100年后看，也不会觉得当时的人审美落伍，甚至有可能比当代人还好，这就是为什么有些美术，艺术作品是经得起时代的考验，从印象主义角度，其中的“抽象混乱”的剪辑方式，画面扭曲造成的视觉效果，当代电影更是不一定能超越，《金色梦露》里面那个3人性的扭曲设计，也就是这个水平
