A thug is convicted and undergoes experimental brain surgery to remove the criminal element in his brain. The operation wipes out all memories of his past life, including where he stashed the loot. 下部翻这个 #10.27翻完了，剧情怎么虎头蛇尾，有一种随便吧快点结束的感觉。

3D片中算意外不错的，虽然本质还是黑色电影套路，不过楼顶追逐戏和结尾的过山车追逐戏都挺不错的。女主转变是有一点点生硬，但是在酒吧那场戏算是还算合理的过度吧。可惜的是通过消除记忆改造罪犯的想法只是沦为配料。
大脑手术很有时代气质，但是拿掉这个设定，故事依然可以讲下去，属于是可有可无了。情节上，尽管流于简单，却也算得上五脏俱全，屋顶追逐和过山车两场戏有点意思。
通过大脑手术消除记忆（乃至改变性格），以及用梦境保留记忆都是历久弥新的幻想题材，而最后大盗逃避了警察和黑帮的围捕，收获财富和美人归更是一种反英雄形象。
