由AI随机匹配两个参与者，生成“后代”照片。然后后代再跟后代产生后代，一场40人左右的实验，形成一个跨越几代的大家庭。在陌生人的脸上，我想象现实中无法遇见的曾曾祖父母和曾曾孙子女。这些跟我有血缘关系的人，其实也是陌生人。心里突然生出孤独感来。
在紧张刺激的情节中穿插着幽默的对话和场景，为影片增添了不少乐趣。
角色设定过于单一，缺乏深度和层次感，难以引起观众的共鸣。
看完之后，The Ancestors整体氛围做得可以，属于越往后看越顺的那种，没什么特别硬伤。
